storytelling

My design process helps you play the lead in your new home.

  • Working directly with me, Marcus McKenzie, we begin with you telling me your story - what you want to build, what inspires you, what you want to do in your new space. Add in my code research, early design, and budgeting. Together we create a cohesive design album, including feasible schematic design options.

  • Your story in design form, with the artistic integrity it deserves. Through our continued collaboration, I will generate focused design options, sharpened by your story, 3D model renderings and videos, and eventually construction-ready drawings.

  • Your story brought to life through construction. Collaborating with trusted builders who also know your story, I will deliver site visits and schedule updates, budget compliance checks, and progress reports to you and your team to ensure you remain the author you deserve to be.
